The following are current and new policy changes effective January 1st 2021. This is a courtesy and reminder for clients. ALL CLIENTS (including children) WILL NOW PAY THE SAME FEE!!! The fee changes will be shown when booking. There will be a 20 % discount rate for family appts of 3 or more.
Policy Agreement (Sisterlocks ™ Services)
A consultation fee of $50 per person is required for new installations. For transfer clients, a prepayment of $25 is required to book an appointment. All future appointments will require a $25 booking fee to confirm on the schedule. Consultation fees and prepayments (deposits) are non-refundable and can not be applied toward other services or products nor can they be applied towards another date should the client decide to cancel.
A non refundable deposit of $200 is required upon booking your appointment for the installation of Sisterlocks. This payment is required to secure the client's desired date. The balance of the payment is due the first day of installation, before the session begins.
Payments can be made online or in person. Money orders, credit cards, cash, CashApp and PayPal are the accepted forms of payment. For online payments, credit card or PayPal fees apply.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
With the exception of installations, clients shall notify their consultant 72 hours in advance if they need to reschedule. If the client does not give 72 hours notice, a new $25 booking fee will need to be paid to confirm.
Rescheduling will not be effected as long as it is prior to the 72 hours, please text or call directly for changes. If the client cancels their rescheduled appointment, this prepayment is non-refundable. Please note, for retightening services, in addition to normal rates, a calculation of weeks lost will be assessed. Other repair services may apply and can only be assessed during the client's rescheduled appointment.
For installations, if an entire day is lost due to rescheduling after the installation begins, a lost day fee of $100 will be charged to the client's account and is due on the day and before the installation resumes. No additional fees apply if a lost day fee is charged.
Preparation for Installation and Retightening Services
All clients must wash their hair 1 to 3 days prior to installation and retightening services. The hair should be free of any conditioner, grease, ect… Installations are broken into 2 to 3 days. Each day is blocked for 12hours. Two 15min breaks are taken and an hour for lunch/dinner. Clients are to provide their own meals. Clients are also encouraged to bring their own form of entertainment.
About your 3 week follow-up.
As a part of the Sisterlocks package, all clients receive a 3 week follow-up after their installation at no additional cost. If the client does not make their 3 week appointment, the 3 week follow-up appointment will be void. The next appointment would be considered a full retightening session where normal rates apply.
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. Vaping is an exception.
Clients should call in advance if they are running late to let their consultant know their estimated time of arrival. Because delays can backup other services, if the client is more than 45 minutes late for an installation or 30 minutes late for a retightening, Luv Mi Locs, LLC reserves the right to charge a late fee of $25 or more respectively, per occurrence.
Luv Mi Locs, LLC also reserves the right to cancel the client's appointment should the new estimated time of arrival conflict with other scheduled appointments throughout the day or week.
Luv Mi Locs, LLC reserves the right to photograph all work for demonstrative purposes.
